Aussie fitness sensation, STRONG Pilates, is kicking goals again, this time making its mark in Toronto come November. This is just the beginning of their grand plan to introduce their signature fitness to the Canucks, with a whopping 60 studios expected to launch over the next five years. The expansion will join the 100 studios worldwide, making it a qualified global sensation.

The popular fitness franchise which combines low-impact Pilates with high-intensity cardio, most recently exploded into South East Asia in partnership with leading yoga studio, Yoga Movement, announcing 11 new STRONG studios in Singapore over the next three years. In 2023 alone, STRONG opened three new studios in NSW including a flagship location in Sydney’s CBD, 11 studios in Western Australia, and three studios in the UK led by former Australian cricketer, John Hastings.

The majority of Canadians are right into their daily workouts. And with many scouting for a unique combo of functional and cardio workouts, STRONG’s innovative 45-minute sessions are just the ticket. Imagine a fusion of our resistance pilates with a good ol’ rowing (or biking) session on the wicked Rowformer machine.

In a recent statement about their move to Canada, STRONG’s dynamic duo, Michael Ramsey and Mark Armstrong, were buzzing. “Canada’s fitness scene is about to explode, and we reckon there’s no better time for STRONG to make its mark. With the fitness world growing and evolving, we’re keen as mustard to be a part of it.”

And hey, this isn’t where the story ends. STRONG’s got bigger plans, eyeing new pastures and setting their sights on the US by 2024.

STRONG Pilates: It’s where rowing meets Pilates, all thanks to the game-changing Rowformer machine. STRONG promises a ripper of a session, blending the intensity of cardio HIIT with the finesse of Pilates strength training. Get the full lowdown at https://strongpilates.com.au.
